2021 - Ongoing Backlog Capital Project Support.

2020 - eFMs provided COVID-19 Recovery Planning Services - carrying out property surveys and producing space layout drawings to ensure 2.0m safe distancing could be complied with and to enable COVID-Secure Certificates to be issued.

2014 - 2019 eFMs provided Project Management Services assisting with the delivery of its Capital Programme, alonside developing and implementing a 5 Year Backlog Maintenance Programme based on existing Stock Condition Survey data.
As A result of this our Software was further developed to facilitate a 5 Year Backlog Maintenance module.

eFMs provided Project Management and Surveying Services from March 2019 to January 2020 assisting with the delivery of its Clients Capital Program.
As A result of this our Software has been further developed to facilitate NEC 4 Contract Administration.

Our web-site is constantly being updated to provide a better user interface. Our latest updates are this Current Projects Page, an improved Home Page and a new Client Account Page.
